Phase 2 Updates Coming Soon
Phase 2, which will include a pool, clubhouse, and additional buildings / units has been started. Additional progress will be shared as it progresses.
Settlers Ridge

Additional Units Available 2023
Due to demand, we have additional Settlers Ridge units under construction and slated for opening in Spring of 2023. Leases for these units are most likely going to start becoming available in December 2022-February 2023. Watch for additional updates – or contact us to let us know you’re interested – to ensure you’re notified when leasing starts.
