Whether it's a day sunning in the pool (or an evening relaxing in the hot tub), starting your days walking trails or working out with on-site fitness, or setting up a gathering in the clubhouse, you'll find great ways to spend time with friends and family at Park West.

If you love Park West Townhomes, we hope you’ll share us with your friends and family looking to make a move. Our goal has always been to make the best possible neighborhood experiences. And while we can do that through amenities, like the new pool and hot tub, clubhouse, onsite fitness center, dog park and pet wash, basketball court, and more… that’s where the building starts and the most important part starts.

No matter how great the amenities, a neighborhood is only as great as the people who live in it. And we’ve been fortunate with great residents who bring energy and excitement for life into our communities. Over time we’ve learned that usually those people have great friends too. And that’s what makes a community truly special.

We know no referral bonus is worth a strong friendship, and we have received many great referrals prior to this new program. We decided to offer it now as a way to show our appreciation.

And so, if it’s time for the people in your life to consider a move, we hope you’ll consider making an introduction.

Make an Introduction

Trust is Everything

And we know trust isn’t lightly earned. We don’t want you to feel like you’re selling to your friends. Rather, we want you to know that we are appreciative of the referrals we receive, and how we proceed to follow-up on introductions made by our residents to their friends and family.

  • You fill out and submit the introduction form
  • The form will notify us of your referral and their contact information. They will receive an automated email inviting them to schedule a tour
  • If we don’t hear from them within 3 business days, a member of our staff will reach out to them directly to follow up
  • If we don’t hear from them after the second reach-out, we won’t attempt to contact them further

If we are able to schedule a tour with them and they choose to sign a lease with us, we will notify you within 30 days and apply your referral credit to your next month’s rent.

We will never pressure or hard-sell anyone you introduce us to. And we would absolutely never share or sell any information provided to us with other businesses for purposes of marketing or further sales. We will treat your referral with the utmost professionalism and invite them to join the neighborhood, just as we did when you applied.
