    Jim Rooney begins his career as a real estate agent serving the Eau Claire, WI area.

  • 1997

    Jim forms Rooney Property Management, an elite property management company. The company quickly begins plans to acquire and develop local rental properties.

  • 1998

    With Jim at its helm, Rooney Property Management develops its first property, a 13-unit apartment complex, while also acquiring others.

  • 2018

    By this time, Jim has acquired, developed, and managed countless properties in Wisconsin. In 2018, he ventures west, acquiring and developing properties in Colorado.

  • Future
