Park West has seen high demand over the last several years. The initial two buildings have been fully leased. Two additional buildings are opening over the next 3 months, and Phase 2, which includes a pool, clubhouse, and additional buildings / units has been started. Additional progress will be shared as it progresses!
3 Units Available for September 15 – Act Soon!
The newest building addition – building #3 – is opening on September 15, 2022. 3 units are still available for this building and occupancy on that date. These are likely to fill up fast, so contact us if you would like more information.
Additional units available now for November 1
Building #4 is scheduled to open on November 1, 2022 and has additional unit availability. Contact us for more information if you’d like to ensure a spot.
Settlers Ridge
Elk Mound, WI
3 Units Still Available for September 1
Settlers Ridge in Elk Mound is opening for tenants on September 1, 2022. Of the 12 units, 3 are still available! Contact us soon if you’d like to make sure you get your spot.
Additional Units Available 2023
Due to demand, we have additional Settlers Ridge units under construction and slated for opening in Spring of 2023. Leases for these units are most likely going to start becoming available in December 2022-February 2023. Watch for additional updates – or contact us to let us know you’re interested – to ensure you’re notified when leasing starts.
