Most of Park West has been filled, however two additional buildings are opening over the next 3 months, and Phase 2, which will include a pool, clubhouse, and additional buildings / units has been started. Additional progress will be shared as it progresses!

This includes 2 Segfield II (2 bed/1 bath) units and 1 Montreux (3 bed/2 bath) units.
1 Unit Available for October 1
A Pebble unit (1 bed/1 bath) has become available for October 1. Be sure to contact us for more information on these high-demand units!
Additional units available now for November 1
Building #4 is scheduled to open on November 1, 2022 and has additional unit availability. Contact us for more information if you’d like to ensure a spot.
Settlers Ridge
Elk Mound, WI
1 Unit Available for IMMEDIATE Move-In
Settlers Ridge has opened for tenants! Only ONE unit remains (Pebble – 1 bed/1 bath), so if you are interested, be sure to contact us right away.
Additional Units Available 2023
Due to demand, we have additional Settlers Ridge units under construction and slated for opening in Spring of 2023. Leases for these units are most likely going to start becoming available in December 2022-February 2023. Watch for additional updates – or contact us to let us know you’re interested – to ensure you’re notified when leasing starts.
